Wow

I had the honor the other day of listening to John speak at the Parkinson’s All Star Conference held in Phoenix Arizona. All I can say is Wow! He had the whole crowd standing on your feet. John is truly inspirational and he speaks to people not at people. John was educational as well as engaging. Looking forward to hearing him again.

DECIDE SUCCESS is the First Step to Creating YOUR Personal Plan to Succeed

John Baumann’s book DECIDE SUCCESS exposes the reader to Twelve Action Steps which, if followed, WILL result in the reader achieving a greater measure of success in whatever area of life that they truly desire to be more successful. Examples and stories are provided to illustrate each of the 12 action steps. Exercises are also provided. The areas of success focused upon include, but are not limited to, success as a student, success newly entering a profession, success transitioning from a non-supervisory to supervisory position, success in a trade, success in relationships, success living life to the fullest after encountering an adverse life-changing event, etc. Every form of success that you can imagine. John Baumann wrote this book based upon his personal observations of others as well as experiences that he has had, among others, successfully living life to the fullest with Parkinson’s disease. In addition, John successfully put myself through college and an Ivy League law school, successfully passed the bar exam in 3 states, and had a successful law practice for 25 years. Mr. Baumann also contributed a chapter to two other paperback books ROADMAP TO SUCCESS and COURAGEOUS STORIES OF INSPIRATION. John also contributed a chapter to a downloadable book THE ART OF LIVING WELL.

Are YOU looking for someone to help MOTIVATE your team?

Have the people in your organization started to develop blinders narrowing their vision?

Sounds like they could benefit from a lunchtime shot of John Baumann, THE affordable Motivational Speaker WJSHTHP*
GiveUpOrGetBackUp.com
*who just so happens to have Parkinson’s

As described to Goldie Hawn in the movie Overboard, “Most of us go through life with blinders on. Knowing only that little station to which we were born. But you madam, have had the… rare privilege of escaping your bonds for just a spell. To see life from an entirely new perspective. How you choose to use that information is entirely up to you.”

Let John Baumann help remove the blinders in your valued employees using his blinder-removing experience, not only surviving or even just accepting, Parkinson’s disease since 2002 at the age of 41, but actually EMBRACING IT.

After enjoying one of John’s presentations, a nurse practitioner was very enthusiastic saying “he engaged with the patients really well, also after the presentation. Also Bernadette’s participation as care partner is appreciated! Some patients/care givers were crying during his presentation!” She also told us that these type of presentations are “so much more powerful vs. the traditional “education” from physicians: very focused on Motor symptoms, while John was talking about the patient in a much more holistic way, much easier to relate to, and less technical. Great learning!”

“I humbly thank you, and am grateful that you accepted our invitation, I think you and Bernadette were awesome.! All PD patients and caregivers need to learn from you both. Your energy was contagious, I’m even eating better today and I exercised!!! I really enjoyed meeting you both. I wish you two all the best for future success. If I can help with that, please let me know. I sincerely hope our paths cross again soon. Real soon!!!
